Hello Em is micro roastery and café in Little Saigon, Seattle, specializing in single-origin fine robusta beans directly sourced from Buôn Ma Thuột, Vietnam.
And it’s not just about coffee—it’s about purpose. By operating in the heart of the International District and sharing our space with Little Saigon Creative, run by the neighborhood non-profit Friends of Little Saigon, we’re collectively part of a movement to revitalize the neighborhood, celebrate Vietnamese heritage, and nurture the community that calls it home. Together, we help activate and preserve the cultural hub of Seattle’s Vietnamese community.

Our blends bring together flavors and traditions that reflect both heritage and craft. Each roast is developed in small batches, highlighting the depth of fine robusta and the balance of specialty arabica. From bold, full-bodied espresso to smooth, layered brews, these blends are made to honor Vietnamese coffee culture and share it in every cup.

Our specialty arabica roast crafted from specialty beans sourced from around the world. We draw on our culinary roots to blend different origins and processes into a cup that’s balanced, bright, and deeply satisfying. Foundational washed coffees create a smooth flavor, while naturally processed beans lift with fruity notes. One cup is layered, expressive, and full of dimension—a taste that feels hella global yet deeply personal.
